* Manager for formatting, setting up or integration of devices (BP-> Device Manager)
* additional EPG functions, such as Autosave, Refresh, or connect different EPG formats
* Own Addons e.g. Dreamnetcast, jukebox, calendar, e-mail or eTorrent to name just a few
* Quick button (select the function of the green button via the menu)
* detailed information about your Dreambox (Menu-> information)
* File Manager, it is possible to handle all formats, regardless of whether images, sound, film material, playlists, Torrents, scripts or DVDs (BP-> File Manager)

New:
* added more daemons to BP Menu-> Services / Daemons
* NFS server, and port options for MAC-user expanded
* simple Samba configuration on BP -> Services / Daemons-> Samba (Samba must be installed))
* Quick button can also work as a menu when more than 1 point is activated (Note new quickbutton.xml))
* In the file manager can be the Favorites menu as a starting set.
* Function of the exit button in the file manager (in Movie Mode) can be changed
* almost all menus, in which the settings are unified.
* Jukebox now works as a browser, there is no need more to create playlists.
* Selection of the drivers/kernel modules as a wizard on first start of the box integrated.
Handling of complete respect block USB devices (HDD, USB, CDROM, Printer) redenominated
This has the following effects:
* Folder "/media" is empty, all the folders in "/media" are created by the system.
* Tile "/etc /fstab" is empty and shouldn't be need to register devices yourself.
* All equipment, including hotplug devices will receive depending on the number of partitions in the folder "/ media".
* To switch to the new system easier, are currently or 2 links to hard drive.
The Root of the link "/hdd" and the link "/media /hdd", both are really no longer necessary.
* Autofs will only be used for network drives. Means there is no folder "/autofs" more in the Root.
In the folder /etc are only 2 files needed for autofs (auto.master and auto.network).
About the Editor Automount in Gemini can only drives network which, in the file "/etc /auto.network" saved. Network drives on the autofs mount
are now in the folder "/ media / net".
* Media-scanner and Media Player no longer in the image, this is the DVD player is already integrated in the image (to be found in the BP). This must and should also no longer be installed separately (specifies otherwise noted problems with the built-in).
* If you have a printer connected to the Dreambox, it is no longer worry about the printer. This will be started and stopped automatically when a printer is detected. The status of the daemon can continue in the daemon list in BP's Profile. This printer is ever on the Dreambox work, must be the kernel module loaded.
Important:
If any devices to the Dreambox does not work or can not mount, please always check whether the appropriate drivers are loaded (BP-> Settings-> kernel modules). Caution complete handling of Camden redenominated

* Changes to the Camden-scripts to e.g. Ecm several info files read out (advantage is that, when a recording, streaming, or PIP still the right ad in the coming infobar)
* AutoCamd also converted, Camden on individual channels can be assigned to
* Select the Start / Stop can be set (BP-> Settings-> General)
* Starting / Stopping the Camden now in a separate process, thus no blocking of Enigma

Fix + Update:
* eTorrent now completely skinbar and sizes > 2GB fixed
* Download-Routine

Така да изкажа малко впечатлетия от новия релийз на джемини!!!
1. Има проблем м/у Сссам и Имиджа ,не се сработват добре особенно с 2.1.0 -преинсталирах няколко пъти и все същото ,много бавно отваря и при повече от 4-5 С линий почва да се шашка
2. При плейването на мкв от хдд на дрийма има постоянно разминаване в субтитрите, избързват с около 5 секунди -пробвах поне 15 различни файла и проблема е същия и след многократни рестарти
3.Интерсното е ,че след плейването на 1-2 файла от хдд ,започва едно циклене и и един мисловен процес на ДМ800 който се оправя само с дърпане на захранването,Пробвах поне 7-8 пъти..., при предни релийзи не е имало подобен проблем
4.Вече могат да се плейват файловете директно от файл менаджера,незнам защо но този път в релийза няма медиа плеър за сметка на ДВД плеър!!!
5.Има софтуер ъпдейт менаджер ,който лично на мен много ми хареса,може да се добавят и махат всякакви плъгини както и драйвери за обсолютно всичко
6.За хората които ползват picons при настройка в инфо панела може да се избира всяка една папка вече а не както преди само picons, за тези които нямат хдд спокойно могат да си маунтнат една флашка и да се зададе пряк път до папка с пикони на флашката
7. Отново има разместване в Blue panel , някои неща липсват ,други са забити по различни подменюта ,но не е болка за умиране

Засега не се сещам друго ,ако има ще го добавя , но за мен лично засега най-добър е релийза на джемини 4.10,затова пак си върнах него и не смятам да го сменям скоро!!! А благодарение на колегата Sharp с плъгина NFI Backup си направих фул бекъп на 4.10 и само за 3-4 минутки имах инсталиран и готов за работа имидж със всички подробности в него!!!!!

След като вече няма медия-плеър, може ли да плейнеш през файл-мениджъра цяла директория без да избираш файл по файл? Тествал ли си?

Не съм тествал за цяла директория, но си мисля ,че няма да е възможно защото я си представи цяла директория със 300GB mkv файлове какво ще стане - рестарт през захранването или ако е възможно ще е само за mp3 файлове но ме съмнява толкова да са се задълбочили от Gemini!!!

Преди можеше в медия-плеъра да натиснеш зелен бутон върху някоя от директориите и файловете автоматично се прехвърляха от директорията в плейлиста. Сега с 4.1 това работи върху едни директории, а върху други - не работи. Обаче ако директорията с mp3-ки съдържа плейлист-файл (*.mu3) може с едно маркиране на него да се заредят файловете без да се маркират един по един. Не всеки албум идва с *.mu3 плейлиста и понякога е по-удобно да натиснеш зеления бутон върху директорията и да свършиш същата работа, вместо сам да си правиш *.mu3 файл. Надявах се да са отстранили този бъг в 4.2. Довечера или утре може би все пак ще пробвам, като преди това направя имидж на 4.1 с плугина, който Sharp987 e дал.

Аз имам инсталиран на флаша Gemini2 v3.9 и мога да кажа, че все още си остава най-добър за мен. На USB-то с Бари Ален имам инсталирани всички останали версии на Gemini - 4.0 , 4,1, a 4.2 го пробвах и го махнах, защото не е съвместим с много старата версия вече на Бари Ален. Ползвам Gemini 4.0, като и при него всичко съм си настройл и обикновено си правя експериментите на него.
